Return Policy

We advise all customers to check their goods immediately upon delivery may be damaged. All damage claims should be made within 2 business days of receipt of goods.
All returns are issued by store credit only. No refunds will be given.
Defective merchandise will be replaced for the same style or store credit will be issued of the product amount.

Provide your order details:
-Invoice Number, Style Number, Color and size.
-Photos of the damages with explanation.
-Provide email and phone number to contact you with.
 
All returns must be approved prior to shipping to receive credit. Any returns sent to our showroom without prior approval by CLOS team will NOT receive store credit. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. There is a 30% restocking fee for any unauthorized returns.
